Review: KJS Drafting stole my money and did lied about performing any work. KJS has refused to refund my entire amount and has not provide any work product. This company is deceitful liarsDesired Settlement: Refund my full amount paid of 1100.

[redacted] hired us to work on some home designs for him. We created a contract and he was in a VERY big rush, wanting the entire thing completed in just 7 days. To accommodate him, we began work literally the moment his deposit came through to us through [redacted], where he also has filed a complaint.In the attachments are two different contracts and a record of our emails with [redacted]. Because he was in a rush and unable to scan his contract with us, you'll see in the emails that we (KJS and [redacted]) both agreed that payment of that deposit would constitute acceptance of the contract. He DID pay the deposit we agreed on and work began immediately, over night, because he was in such a rush. We put in over 8 hours on his project and then he said he finally read the contract and didn't like the date of delivery it stated. We had already agreed to his date, but hadn't updated the contract, so we DID update the contract to reflect his date and one other change he asked for. We continued working at this point. Later that day, [redacted] filed a fraud dispute with [redacted]. We immediately stopped work and tried to get in touch with [redacted] to resolve whatever the problem was. It took us several days to find out that [redacted] had changed his mind about the contract. Once [redacted] disputes were settled (we thought) we DID refund $525 of the deposit, even though our contract stated that that was non-refundable. The remainder was kept to cover our time and, in fact, is a discounted rate for the after-hours time we put in for him. We thought we were being more than fair by providing that, and we wish [redacted] had given us the chance to show him our work. However, since we were stopped fairly early in the process, we never got the chance to produce any deliverables for him. We DO wish [redacted] the best of luck with his project and are only sorry that we did not have the opportunity to work with him on it. We further wish that [redacted] would NOT post negative reviews all over the web telling the world we are frauds when he never gave us the chance to work for him.
