We dealt directly with John Otaka. John was knowledgeable and worked to make sure that the 30' wall of windows that we were seeking were the right choice for our needs. Installation was professional and timely and John was always available if we had any questions or concerns. Based upon our experience, would recommend this company without hesitation.

John is a nice and polite guy, but that's about where it ends. I purchased 20 middle of the line, Vinylcraft windows back in Feb or Mar of this year (2016), and as of December the job is STILL not finished. We have had problems with the windows being hard to open, not fitting properly, not closing, latches not lining up, and the internal grids being the wrong ones. All the sashes have been replaced 3 times due to fitment issues, 2 frames had to be remounted, and i'm STILL waiting for the window to be replaced with the wrong grids. They showed up today to replace the wrong window. I spent thousands of dollars on a product and have been beyond disappointed. At what point do you just file a law suit?
