I purchased the Ticket from Hyderabad to Orlando from Kiwi, they issued an E-Ticket, The Ticket has a law over on Paris and they claimed on there ticket that they will do online checking for me from Paris to Orlando , the airlines was Norwegian Airlines, as per federal policy, for flights going from Europe to USA, they cannot do online checking, I asked them to cancel the flight and return my money, I paid them 1350.24 and a service fee of 40.41. I called them and spoke to them , they are expecting my kid to exit the transit area to get there boarding pass and I also spoke to there manager, they are ready to argue and not ready to understand that its there mistake and give me a full refund. they just send me a refund amount of 760.48
I want my full refund, ? I have no idea what Revdex.com has powers, what they can do in this regard, I know, I can trust Revdex.com, I hope they can help and make sure, the Kiwi People need to take there mistakes as there responsibility

This company is ridiculous, 20 minutes after purchasing my tickets I cannot cancel it, even having a gold mambership status with the flight company that would grant me a free cancelation even 1 day before the flight.

I was just browsing Skyscanner. Com to view prices to go on vacation in June. There was a flight with low price, I clicked on it for more information. I was asked to enter my information in order to display the total price and other details. Suddenly, I saw that somehow my information was used to purchase the tickets and I noticed that I’m longer on Skyscanner.com. Now it says kiwi.com. I didn’t click to purchase but my information was used to complete the transaction. I got an email with the booking number and I was shocked. They took the money from my account. I called them right away to explain that an error occurred but they were not helpful. They asked me to cancel if I don’t like it but most likely I’ll be getting zero refund. The booking number they sent me is 40606357. Once they got the money they didn’t care. Then I went and read about this website and it turned to be a scam. Many people filed a complaint already. They stole my money and they won’t refund it back.

I purchased a ticket from Port of Spain to New York via Kiwi.com on February 12th, 2019. when making the purchase I noted that KIWI not only charged my bank a 20-international feel, but I stated I had a layover. it did not make it clear I would have to get off of the plane in Florida, go thru customs, and recheck my duty-free items and baggage causing me to incur another 70 dollars in checked baggage fees due to me re- entering the ticketing system. the jet blue agent also informed me that the booking of two separate flights to save is illegal potentially leaving me with a fine! I was completely shocked and after explaining that I used Kiwi I was told to file a complaint. I would like a refund of the excess fees amounting in 110usd and a refund of the flight if possible.

I booked a flight through this website and not directly with the airline company. I missed my flight due to the ticket agent not allowing me to check in and did not offer an additional flight. I contacted Kiwi as well as the airline company (Frontier) and they basically said I was out of luck and I did not receive a refund or credit.

Purchased air ticket for 890 from LAX to Barcelona with premium service and protection fees. Plan changed, we had to cancel the ticket after 12 hours from booking. The rep from Kiwi.com told us since its within 24 hours from booking, we should receive all the money, but we must submit the request online. So we did it and received the email next day showing I am getting 72 dollars total as a refund. They refused to help or offer any other assistance rather then a 50 euros credit. I called the airline directly, they have no problem issuing a full refund within 24 hours since it is leaving from United States. But the 800 dollars obviously is gone. We are not even entitled to any travel credit from the airline. Like the airline states, you book via the kiwi.com, you have to talk to them. The airline does not see the payment type or amount. So Kiwi.com just ripped us for 800+ dollars.

Very bad business practice, fraud traps everywhere.
Stay away.
Or have your lawyer go thru every disclosures carefully first.

I purchased airline tickets online from Kiwi.com with in hours of making the reservation I had to make changes. Kiwi.com costumer service I would receive my money back but that has not happened. They are charging me for airline tickets that I am not even flying on. They charged me over 3000 dollars for airline tickets

I bought an airplane ticket for my 18 year old daughter to fly to Australia. She flew from Minneapolis to Las Angeles. Then the next airline, sending her overseas, would not permit her to fly. They said her ticket read, "***s". Her name is ***. Kiwi left an 18 year old stranded across the country at midnight and would do nothing to help her. My son has called, my daughter has called, and my husband has called 11 times getting nowhere with Kiwi. They say they will send an email with information but send nothing. They promise conversations with managers but get nowhere. We are out over $1,000 and had to buy a new ticket for $1468.30 to get her to Australia where she is doing a mission trip with human trafficking.

On 12/19/2018 I booked a flight with Kiwi.com From Fort Lauderdale To Amsterdam Netherlands for $1127.00 us dollars. After the booking I realized that I was misled as the carrier they showed was actually not the carrier on the flight.
I called to cancel aprox. 65 minutes after I booked the ticked I called in to cancel it. I was also told that based on US law, I am entitled to my refund if cancelled within 4 hours of booking which it was.

On 1/11/2019 I received an email from Kiwi.com stating that my refund will take about 10 days and it will be in the amount of $173.15. This means that they are keeping $953.85 us dollars.
This is nothing short of a scam. I would understand if they kept $20 or somthing reasionalble but to keep aporox 85% seems illegal to me.

I'm writing this Revdex.com complaint due to the frustrating situation this flight has caused me.
I received an email on Nov. 27th confirming my reservation for the following day, I took my flight from Orlando to New York and it was great. When I arrived in New York I found out that the flight was canceled from New York to Paris. My wife and I had to but another flight and we spent $999.00 so we wouldn't lose the hotel and other reservations we made. I contacted Kiwi about 3 times that same day and I was informed that I would receive a refund of the flight that it was canceled, which is the least that needs to happen.
After filling the form/link to receive the refund I receive an email, a template, saying "No refund is available for your booking... We found that no refund is available for your booking".
I was promised a refund when I called on the day of the flight and I will be waiting for this refund and for your rapid response. I will file a Revdex.com Complaint if this issue is not resolved as soon as possible.

The total of my cost of the flight was $455.55 (MCO-EWR and EWR-CDG)
Booking Number: XXXXX I've called and emailed Kiwi dozens of times and NO BODY has an answer or a solution. I want this resolved right away!

I have purchased two tickets for myself and my daughter from New York to Portugal through an online agency Kiwi Travel. The tickets involved two flights, from New York to Paris and a connecting flight from Paris to Portugal, with about three hours in between the two flights. The first flight was delayed by two hours but we were still hoping to make it to our connecting flight. By the time we disembarked the plane, went through all the check points and got to the gate of the connecting flight, the boarding was over, we missed it by just a few minutes. Not knowing what to do I immediately called Kiwi Travel for assistance, however, I only got their automated response stating that due to high volume of calls I will be put on hold. As my telephone record indicates I was on hold for about half hour until my phone discharged. Meanwhile, my partner who was flying with us and also bought tickets through Kiwi but separately, same flight, messaged Kiwi through their website, explaining the situation we were in, mentioning all of our names. We proceeded to purchase additional three tickets on the text flight from Paris to Portugal. When we arrived at our destination, both me and my partner separately filed a refund claim for the missed connecting flight. Shortly after my partner received a refund while mine was denied without an explanation. I contacted kiwi support, asking them to explain why my claim was denied despite the fact that I followed all the requirements listed in their guarantee, which supposedly protects the customer in exactly this situation. I promptly received the following respnsponse: "We definitely know how important it is for you to have the refund for your reservation, however, refundable amount always solely depend on the airline’s policy as Kiwi.com does not have any hold of authority when it comes to refundable amount. Please be advised that we are deducting 20 Euro handling fee for voluntary cancellations, wherein if refundable amount from the airline is lower than the handling fee there will be no refunds that our passenger will be receiving". In the next few months I exchanged numerous emails, trying to resolve the matter and get Kiwi to honor their guarantee, which clearly states that I am eligible for a refund of a missed connecting flight if the fault is not of the passenger. What makes the matter even more confusing is that my partner, in exactly the same situation, received his refund without any difficulties. The only difference is that he is a Canadian citizen and I am a US citizen.

To Whom May Concern, This complaint is about kiwi.com and their services are such a scam and a lie to consumers. I am not much of a traveler so this is my second time traveling abroad to another country as this is a important trip and I wanted to make for a long time. When traveling to a foreign country I just want to make sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible as a traveler as I do not know anything about the country, but I would like to be rest assure that at least my travel agency is reliable to make sure I make my round trip from San Francisco to Prague as safe and enjoyable as possible from point A to point B and back. Before I booked my round trip with kiwi.com, it states that I would be able to bring a carry on bag. I wasn't sure about the sizing so I called their number and asked for clarification. To my surprise I was told by the representative that a carry on is not allowed and I was also sent an email stated in regards to the baggage " service not possible". To avoid any problems during the travel I have booked my flight with through another website that provided their services and flights as described of what I am paying for. kiwi.com have also refused to refund me for the booking on a issue from their side. As a resolution, I am asking for the full refund of the booking as I have not used their service and the service is not as described. I can also provide supporting documents proving that they would not allow me to bring my carry on. As a consumer I feel like this travel agency is not honest and I hope this can be resolved. my booking number is *** Thank you for your time and consideration.

to give a refund of $40 , 6 hours after a ticket was purchased for $350 , considering that I just wanted to change departure date, which would cost $350 to do so is outrageous. I can simply buy a new ticket with the departure date I d like from a different company for $150 and keep the one I purchased to use the return date. This is called a rip off. On top of that for every single flight, no mater low budget company or not , they charge around $80 for a bag other than the carry on!
This is the second time in 6 months they are doing this to me with 5 different airlines. Their excuse is always - " this is the airline policy"!

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I will never trust or book through this site ever again! I booked a flight today from San Diego/ Tijuana to Loreto Mexico that was selling out super fast. After I booked, I called because they charged my card but the status said "Processing" I was very concerned so I called to get my confirmation number and was told that it was going to be 4 hours but they assured me I was booked! I called back 5 hours later because it still said "Processing" and once again was assured I was booked and not to worry. I am panicked at this point because flights are going fast... An hour after my second call, (9 hours later), I get a text and an email saying that they refunded my money because the flight is FULL! It's now 8:30pm! I am livid at this point! Stuck without a flight for my husband so now I have to cancel the family Christmas trip. If I was told 8 hours earlier when I first called I could have found another flight but now everything is SOLD OUT! Beyond Frustrated and now all my other bookings getting from SJC to San Diego, hotel, plus shuttle and border crossing are a loss. Thanks for ruining a family Vacation KIWI.com !!!

I made flight reservations through the third party, kiwi.com.

Immediately upon attempting to make the reservation, my credit card was declined because they did not support that credit card. I entered a new credit card and confirmed the confirmation for air fare.

I received the confirmation email and noticed the flights were set up for the wrong duration and wrong days of travel. I immediately contacted kiwi.com to resolve the situation. They promptly told me there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor stated the same thing. There was nothing. They were willing to do.

Was on my honeymoon with my wife in Italy for a trip we booked through kiwi.com and they sent us an email telling us to pay for checked bags ahead of time because "fees are likely higher when we got the airport" they tried charging us $450 in advance.... the bags ended up costing us about $275 total at the airports (1 bag each, 2 flights total). We called customer support to ask why they were trying to scam us and they just transferred us to a managers voicemail who surprisingly never called us back. I'll never use kiwi.com again.

I see that I am not the only one on this!! Kiwi advertised a different price on Kayak. When I booked the reservation I realized that the price was double. Within seconds (not even minutes) I called their customer service number. They said that all dispute have to go through their website and will be replied within 30 days. They give you no receipt no confirmation of the dispute ......you have to hope pray it will go through. After almost two weeks I disputed the charge with my credit card. Of the $730 I paid only $610 were given back and charged $120 for administrative fees. On Revdex.com I see that they are based in Czech Republic and they have an F rating....FOR A GOOD REASON!!. They also claim a fake address in Wisconsin. Kayak should not do business with them.....Kiwi has terrible customer service and NO INTEGRITY.

Kiwi travel agents left us stranded outside an airport in a city where people were harassing us to come stay at their house, and we racked up $200 in calling fees because the Kiwi call rep had us on hold.
Tthe reason this happened was because Kiwi booked a lay over, with the departing flight IN A DIFFERENT AIRPORT! Which takes 1-1.5 hrs to get to but allowed only a one hour layover.

When called, they did not honor their guarantee of finding a new flight within 4 hours. we got an email the next day with a new flight. We had to get our own flight after we waited the 4 hours. The rep on the phone said WE CAN BOOK OUR OWN FLIGHT AND SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST WITHIN 30 DAYS. I submitted a refund request, however now they say I had to give it in 24 hours. But I have an email stating 14 hours, and the rep stating 30 days.

On Booking number ***, I paid $287.01 USD. I canceled this less than 1 hour after booking, because I wasn't able to be at this location on March 12, 2019. Today I got an email notice that I am only recieving $62.55 USD.
This business is keeping most of my money ;for doing very little, processing a refund.
Very bad business practice.
