Kitchens Of Distinction

We went to Kitchens of Distinction (KOD) in April to have new *** quartz kitchen counters designed and installed. We were initially impressed with KOD mostly due to working with their interior designer. KOD uses *** as the fabricator for the *** counters. All went relatively well until the counters were installed and it was discovered that the quartz had been damaged in handling. It took 3 times over 5 months for the counters to be properly installed with minimal damage to the quartz. During this time, KOD did nothing to assist us in getting *** to fix the countertops. KOD never called to check on how things were going throughout the entire ordeal. All communication with KOD had to be initiated by us. If not for the *** representative, we would still not have counters. I would not recommend KOD.
