As soon as he heard it was *** ***, he began to tell me there was nothing he could do for me and hung up on me! I have in writing from Bill D***, a year parts warranty and days labor warranty American Satellite is NOT honoring either and is completely blowing us off I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and unaccountability as Ame
