The owner is an unresponsive and RUDEIt took him days to respond to an email then he insisted I call so he could tell me what he could have emailed in minutesThis is 2018- if you don’t want to communicate via email don’t put it on your websiteHe then had the nerve to refuse a booking for a Girl Scout troopI would not give him my business

Review: I booked and paid for 3 people to take a Thai cooking class-$90. The class was canceled and rescheduled by the owner because of a death in the family. I emailed the owner for a refund or to use my payment towards another class as my group of 3 was unable to attend the make up class. I did not receive a reply to my email or a subsequent refund. I tried calling several times and there was no response nor answering machine. The owner was the one to cancel the class (not the attendees) and I feel that it is good business practice to honor paying clients. We were amenable to taking another class but no further attempt to contact us was made. It is a shame as we were really looking forward to the class.Desired Settlement: would like a refund
