After 4 months, we finally received our refinished couch today (12/16) and paid the balance. The original estimate was for 2 weeks. In the end though, the Business did a pretty good job. Not sure if we would have ever seen our couch had we not complained through the BBB and by registered mail, but in the end, things worked out. To be fair, I would like this info added to the file and it was not obvious how to do this online. Regards,
