Review: I made credit card payments to Kitchen Design Studio, Inc. on 6/**/14 for $3,000 and on 7/*/14 for $3,283.53, a total of $6,283.53, for what I was told was maple wood. I was never told the cabinets would have various shades of patch work wood. The cabinets were all kept in boxes, so I did not see them until they were put up. I called Movet the sales woman and [redacted] to say the cabinets looked very cheap with various colors and what seems to be different types of wood, they are completely different from the one color cabinets in the store that I purchased. They listened but no comments. Movet suggested I send [redacted] an e-mail. I sent 4 e-mails, letter & photos to [redacted] on 7/**/14 and 7/**/14, also Certified Return Receipt letter to [redacted] which was signed for on 7/**/14. I made it known I wanted my money back. I have received no response from the company. I called and spoke with [redacted] on 7/**/14, [redacted] told me on the phone the cabinets were made with maple wood, I requested a signed letter with that information. I arrived at the store 15 minutes later and she pointed me to a man next to her and he gave me a flyer with cabinets which looked similar to what I got and wrote "Russian Birch" on it and said, that is the type of wood you got. Russian Birch on the internet says plywood. I spoke with [redacted] from [redacted] and he confirmed that Russian Birch is plywood. At no time was I told the furniture would be variable colors plywood. I met with a [redacted] and [redacted]. recently and if the wood has variations I was told to expect it. Kitchen design never said there would be variations and the cabinets I have looks cheap and nothing like the solid color in the store. I would like my $6,283.53 returned to me. Had I checked Revdex.com before purchasing I would know the company is rated F.Desired Settlement: I would like the cabinets taken out of my house and a Bank Check from Kitchen Design Studio, Inc. for the amount of $6,283.53 sent to me by Certified Mail.
