Review: The installers of my kitchen counter top forgot to caulk(seal) the backsplash against the wall. It warped terribly, and when they came to inspect it they blamed me for not keeping it dry behind the faucet and wall even though they admitted they forgot to caulk it. They finally agreed to replace the warped backsplash. When they reattached the faucet, they had a problem with the valves leaking, and again blamed me. They finally came back to replace the leaky valves and the owner told me there is NO GUARANTEE NOW. Well, it is only 3 months and the caulk (seal) is already breaking apart in several places against the wall. The owner; [redacted], told me NOT to call again, so I am asking for your help and advice.Desired Settlement: I would like the bad caulk(seal) removed and replaced before I have another problem with it warping.
