This letter is for resolving the matter with the customer for her satisfaction.We have called the customer to resolve complaint? We informed here that we will pay $what she has paid for battery? If she wants to change the scratch back of the watch we want estimate letter from the watch repairer and we will pay for it.We waited for her reply from August 10th, as we called her on that day but still we have not received any call from her? As there is only two or three minor scratch as if you open any metal back which happens?
