Review: I purchased a pantry cabinet from them on dec. 9th paid half the cost and was told it would take 4 weeks. I called the 1st week of january and was told it would'nt be in until the 23rd ,ok why so long I was told the factory closings for the holidays, ok so I call on the 23rd and it is in I go to pick itup and pay the balance and asked if I could have something off for the long wait they said no,ok I bring it home un pack it there is only 1 shelf in the top half.So I call and inquire about the shelves, they said let me check we'll call you back I wait a half hour and call them back they answer and tell they're with customer and will call me back ,they do and tell me it does'nt come with shelves, when I ordered it Ileft with the impression it came with 4 or 5 shelves and with same person with me as a witness with me and said the samething they also helped me pick it up.So then I was told that it is seperate kit to be purchased ,well Iwould think that this is something that I should have been made aware of this at time purchase.I PAID good money for this,also had purchased cabinets there before and was happy told them I would back again, also gave them dimensions for my own kitchen and I feel like my business does'nt matter.Desired Settlement: Iwould like my shelves that should have came with the cabinet that I purchased.
