One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had I bought a home that Kitchen Art had previously installed the kitchen All the drawer hardware needs to be replaced When I called the first time, the person I needed to speak with was not in so they told me to call back the next week Then I left a message that was not returned When I finally spoke to someone, they were incredibly rude When I suggested I might need to find a company with better service, I was told "fine" and they hung up on me Business must be good to treat customers like that Funny because I was going to use them in the house I am currently building
