The shipping charges listed on the website are very confusing and for the item I ordered the sisal scratcher there aren39t any shipping charges listed at all After simulating an order it appeared that there would not be any shipping charges so I proceeded with my order.I received my receipt that indicated what I purchased Two sisal scratchers ea Total Shipping Grand Total My order arrived approximately weeks after purchase as did the charge on my bank account for When I emailed Nancy at Feline Snoozers she indicated that quotthe shipping charges are what made the differencequot Never on my order receipt were shipping charges EVER indicated I believe that this company is taking unsuspecting customer39s money and using the shipping charges as an excuse
