Kirshner Landscaping

Review: Kirshner installed screen porch pavers with added step and walkway 12/10 and provided handwritten lifetime guarantee. Step became loose and backsplash became unglued and fell off 4/13. I called Kirshner on 4/9/13 and spoke with [redacted] Kirshner. He told me he would come out to my house either that day or the next to inspect the step. He did not show up nor did I receive a call from him so I called Kirshner on 5/12/13 and left a message requesting [redacted] to return my call. He did not. I proceeded to leave messages on 5/21/13, 5/22/13, 5/23/13, 5/28/13, 5/30/13, and 6/3/13. I advised him in my last message that I would be calling the Revdex.com. He has not returned any of my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] Kirshner to honor his written guarantee as well as his verbal statement to me that he would come to my house and repair the step.
