Kirkland's Pest Control, LLC

I was was pretty rattled upon coming home after work to find that ants had overrun my kitchen, they were EVERYWHERE! To make matters worse, I was leaving town in three days and would be gone over a week!!

I Called Kirkland Pest Control and requested their service ASAP!

The following day, one of their guys met me at my house after work. However, this was just the Salesman and he said it was too late to get a service man to my house. I explained that I would by leaving town and he assured me there would be no issue treating my home by then. So, disappointing as it was, my house would not be treated until the following day.

I was called at work the following day and the Serviceman informed me that my house could not be treated because of the weather. I let him know I was disappointed but that I also understood. At that time I made it clear to him that I would be leaving town the following day and it was very important to me that my house be treated before I left. He assured me that my house would be treated and we agreed that he would call prior and if I was still at work, I would leave early to meet him at the house.

The following afternoon, before leaving for the airport and annoyed, I called the Salesman - no answer. I called Kirkland PC and after explaining my situation to a very pleasant-sounding man, he agreed to cancel my contract (within 3 days) since no one called or showed.

Within minutes the Salesman called me and said ONLY, and I do mean ONLY:
1 - "Your check will be returned to you"
2 - "Service man did call - I saw his phone"
3 - "Hope you can find someone that can make you happy"

...then he hung up.

WOW, now thats customer service!!

Well its been a month since and despite another phone call to the Salesman, my check has not been returned!!

I was going to register an official complaint but I figure I'll try and call Kirkland PC first, and talk to someone besides the Salesman.
