To whom this may concern,Our customer [redacted] has purchased a brand new [redacted] unit that we were selling on December 11th, The unit developed a problem with one of the components, [redacted] has contacted us in regards to replacing the component on February 15th, We contacted the manufacture, [redacted] ***, and they sent out a replacement unit which after a while had the same issueDespite the fact that the problem was with the installation and not the unit itself, we contacted the manufacturer again and they promised that they will send another replacement ASAPWe were not aware that she has not received a replacement because she never contacted us after thatWhen we recently found out about the issue, we ordered and shipped out a new controllerIt was already delivered to the customer (please see attached proof of delivery below).Sincerely,NatalyaG CFO
