I purchased a "wireless charger gravity car mount" from Instagram I was extremely unsatisfied with the product and was reaching out to the company for refund information After 4-calls and emails , I haven't been reached to have my questions answered I state this so I can beat the deadline before it is too late

I purchased a cell phone charger/mount with this companyThe product I received would not adhere to the window (defeating the entire purpose of the product) and also would not charge my phone through a VERY THIN plastic caseI wrote to this company explaining that I would like to start the return process, as they only give you two weeks to return any itemsThe company wrote back to one email providing troubleshooting tips and an assurance that their product "does really work"I followed these steps, but the product still would not charge my phone and the suction cup would not adhere to the windowI wrote back to the company about times through email asking for a way to return the product before the two week window expired, with no responseI called twice with no responseThis product is a scam
