We called Kirk about a house he was selling. We didn't buy that house but we did sign up with Kirk as our realtor. It was the best decision we could have made! He referred us to a mortgage company that got us pre-approved quickly. From there, we started looking at houses and Kirk was by our side at each one, pointing out the pros and cons as we asked. We never once felt pressured to put in an offer. When we finally found the right house, our offer was rejected but Kirk worked behind the scenes and was able to find a deal that benefited everyone involved. We have never felt so well taken care of as we have during this home buying process! What we thought would be a stressful journey has actually been smooth sailing.
