Review: On 02/**/2014, Kira International took $17.96 from my bank account so that my husband can call home from prison. As of this date, 02/**/2014, Kira has not allowed my husband to call home using their services and I would just like to know why. I just want an understanding as to why he cannot call home.I have used the following methods to contact Kira:1. Called the number on the website, ###-###-####2. I have typed a letter to fax them at the number on their website: ###-###-####. The phone just rang and rang and rang - no answer.3. I used the "Contact Us" form on their website and each time I fill in all the information, it comes back "Error".4. I wrote them a letter on [redacted] and still no response.Each time I have reached out to find out what is going on, I run into a dead end.Desired Settlement: I would just like for them to call me to tell me why my husband is unable to use their service after I have paid for it
