Review: My wife confirmed ahead of time that all doctors and services were in network for our insurance. When she arrived they told her that the location was an "ambulatory surgery center" and that the procedure wouldn't be covered under our insurance (even though the doctors are in network).
They put pressure on her to pay the full amount (~$1,500) out of pocket telling her that they had a payment plan, saying that the doctor was waiting for her, and strongly insinuating that while having the procedure there was safe getting it done at other providers could be dangerous.
We decided to walk out instead, but we're still stuck with the $50 cancellation fee.Desired Settlement: Waiver of $50.00 cancellation fee.
