Bad custemer service and warranty . Corporate office is the same I have had issues with my home and they would blame my family. kipper homes in river island lathrop ca . I do not recommend this developer still have leaky master bedroom window when it rains water comes in and they tell me is part of the design. I’ve been complaing about this for a year and nothing. Warranty always blow me off need help to resolve this issue.
