I bought 5 SSD *** (2ssd) and Vector 180 (3ssd) These drives are made by Toshiba.
2 of the drives have failed (vector 180's)
When we purchased the drive 3 and 4 years ago. Each drive came with what Ocz Toshiba called their ( no hassle same-day replacement five-year warranty) according to the warranty book which I still have for each drive, along with their boxes. The warranty states that if anything goes wrong with these drives within five years the owner, just has to call Toshiba Ocz and give them the drives serial number and the owner's email address. The company will then ship the owner a new drive without having to wait for the owner of the defective drive to mail it back to the company.

When we bought the drives we registered all our drives in accordance with the instructions laid out by Ocz Toshiba. We submitted serial numbers, UPC bar code numbers for each drive. My contact information, my email address, all information on the purchase receipts, and created the warranty account with Ocz. We confirmed all the information submitted with a representative and we were told that nothing else needed to be done. If a problem with any of the drives was to arise all we had to do was contact them and give them our name and email address and they would be able to pull up all the information to honor the warranty. Two drives failed, we contacted the company on 11-30-2019 and they asked for all the drive information including photographs of the drives. We submitted everything they asked for in addition to photos of the boxes and photos of the warranty booklets and drives to them.

The company does not want to honor the five-year warranty because we do not have the receipts. But we submitted all the information in each receipt to the company representatives as they created our accounts that hold all the warranty information for the five drives that we bought.

When the warranty account was created we got rid of all the paperwork and just kept the boxes for storage of the drives.

Desired Outcome

Replacement We would like for the company to replace the drives with the same quality or better SSD drives. ( at the time of purchase these drives were $160 dollars each and were the best drives the OCZ Toshiba made. We did everything that the company wanted us to do to register the drives and we did as the representative told us. ( you guys don't need to hold on to the paperwork, we have all the data now for the warranty)

We never received any communication from this customer that we can find, and would like to rectify the situation.

If you could please provide my email and Cell phone number to the customer, we would be happy to provide either replacement units or credit for the 2 failed units.
