Review: [redacted] was contacted to dispatch a technician to correct a problem regarding a generator on our property. This request was the third time their company presented to the site . In the previous visits they had modified air flow regulators and had also replaced a battery. These two attempts continued to cause faults in starting the generator yet we were told it had been fixed. Each visit a different tech was sent and the tech on the last visit is no longer with their company. The last tech however did finally complete the task and fixed the problem. The first two visits were paid in full.I have contacted the company several times since February 2014 explaining the problem regarding payment and they have not corrected their bill. I am not comfortable paying for a faulty service and request an investigation in to this matter. I needed some time to review the matter, upon which I am authorizing a complete credit of the final visit on January 6, 2014 in the amount of $515.80. His statement should now reveal a zero balance owed to [redacted]. We appreciate Mr. [redacted]'s business and value him as a customer.
