covered exactly what we do to remove bees from a house. When bees are inside of a wall or roof we inject a dust with co2 into the wall to exterminate the bees. If the bees are entirely outside the structure then they can be removed. The reason being that in order to remove bees from inside a wall extensive damage is necessary to open the wall etc. to get the bees out and the service is more expensive and the repairs can be thousands of dollars. She wanted the least expensive option. The job was done on 10/17/14 [not 6/1/14 as stated] invoice # [redacted] for $225.00 + $18.56 tax. [Not $250.00 as stated] All dust was inside hole with bees not on roof or furniture as stated. As for the time the job took [she stated 20 mins] it took almost 30 mins just to move the ladder and to set up equipment but that is irrelevant since we charge for the result not for the amount of time the job takes. The price to exterminate the bees was agreed to over the phone. She says she did not want the bees killed which is not true. We guarantee to get rid of the bees so if they are not all gone in 48 hrs. there is no charge to come back. She never called to say they were not gone. On 12/31/14 our office called about the bill and she said she was unhappy  that the bees were killed but she was also unhappy they were not all killed and would call back which she never did. On 8/25/15 another invoice was mailed and we received no response. On 9/21/15 she was called and said she paid another company $800.00 to treat the bees and hung up. It is obvious she is trying to get out of her obligation to pay for our service to rid her of bees which we did. Sincerely, [redacted]
