Kinney Drugs

So I’ve been using Kinneys Pharmacy on Pearl street Essex Jct in Vermont. I recently called to ask about a prescription that was on file since September 21, 2022 I called yesterday about it and they told me the truck wasn’t in yet. I called the day before about it and the lady on the phone told me it didn’t even exist instead of just telling me they’re waiting on the truck. I wouldn’t be a big deal but it’s for a serious medical condition. Not cool she didn’t even ask for my bday so I know she didn’t even look. The worst part is the drive Thru though. They say it’s closed because lack of employees. It’s a horrible excuse because it would make their job easier an wouldn’t be so painful for everyone that struggles to walk. If I lie an say I have Covid they open it for me but I’m not an ae. They’ve had two people working there many times an always had the window Available now they have a minimum of 3 people an they still won’t open the drive Thru. I think I’d be horrible to have to switch pharmacy’s for such a silly reason but it’s definitely coming to that. Please try to look into this. I’d really like to keep my business with you all. It’s getting hard to justify with a pharmacy across the street an they always have their drive Thru open as well as the rest in the 4 mile radius. Thanks for listening really hope it help’s. I will say the long time employees at this pharmacy as extremely helpful an very nice. I just don’t like the fact the new ones are so quick to dismiss a customers call an flat out lie to them.

There were many times that it happened. No they didn't charge me twice. As stated in my complaint, they failed to charge me the sale price many times. Charging me original price instead of the advertised sale price. The last time was yesterday. My bill came to 12.20.. because they charged me 3.49...

for something that was on sale for 2.50
