I had been nothing but upfront with the contact with this company about a late bill. they were polite and tried to work with me.. that is till the nightmare started. they started hounding me for money on dates we had not agreed on. then threatned to move to a law suit. saying I had not contacted them or they had not contacted me since the orginal agreement. which I have proof that they did indeed contacted me and I did respond. I keep all corraspondance with them. then when they realize they upset someone they back peddle [redacted] to get what they want. [redacted]
