Kingsborough Apartments

Apt. did not get cleaned prior to rental. Plumbing issues for 3 weeks maintenance request was put in but never received services. Mold in dishwasher
Apartment manager was notified of apartment no being clean on the day I received the key and stated once I had already started moving my things in they could not come clean the apartment that should have been cleaned prior to move in. Also I made several maintenance request one for bugs that was not fulfilled and several for plumbing issues the plumbing is backed up coming through the bathtubs Which has been going on for three weeks I notified the apartment complex of molded and mildew dishwasher that reeks a horrible smell like death when you turn on the kitchen sink and leaks on the floor I also notified them *** I can't live under those circumstances. The apartment manager advised me to run a clean cycle in the dishwasher which made things worst this is by far the worst apartment complex in

My Sister *** rented apartment from Kingsborough apartments
on *** lived there over a year.
I Connie *** was her P O A and she always paid her rent on time
we had paid *** dollars deposit.. My Sister passed *** and I
Connie went to office and gave notice and was out by the a couple
days before the end of ***9...
*** came over and said that the apartment was very Clean and that
he would turn it into the office and have the Check mailed to me
at *** and it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get the check
in the mail... So far I have not received it and have contacted ***
numerous times to Check on it...he said that all he can do is email
the company and that he did not have a Phone# to call them.
No Phone# To Call Seams Strange'? Can you help me Please'?

its been 3 weeks of constantly asking the manager to fix a leak that is running from the upstairs apartment into my kitchen,water comes through my electrical outlets in light fixtures wich I think could be very dangerous,also from the this leak the sheet rock under my sink smells and stays wet wich could cause mildew,my son has called and went to the office numerous times the past 3weeks and everytime its the same ''WE WILL SEND SOMEBODY''i dont think its much of a priority for them but I have to clean up dirty water off my cabinets everyday.
