Kings Theatre

This complaint was filed before there was any issue with the show referred to and the venue was not contactedOur ticketing provider was the one contacted and the request was denied as per our venues policy, there are no refundsI spoke directly to the complainant and said that once it was confirmed the artist would not be there, we could process the refundNow that the show took place and the artist was not able to appear due to health issues (this was an extremely last minute confirmation), we will be issuing a refund for this complainant.Thank you
