Good morning,Regarding the complaint referenced in your last emailThe terms of the warranty are set forth by the manufacturer as she purchased a Nissan extended service contract aka Certified Pre-Owned.If [redacted] ***l wants to cancel the contract, we can email her a cancelation form and we will issue her a full refund for the contract purchase amount This amount will then be sent to her financing institution to be deducted from the total amount owed.This will not change the monthly payment amount.Please let me know what she decides.Thank you, [redacted]
