Mr [redacted] checked out in the morning of 21st of Octand came back that evening to ask for the clothing article he left The room was rented out to a new guest by that time and I told Mr [redacted] to check with us the next morning when we can check the lost and found and with the maids as well I explained to Mr [redacted] that there is a new guest in the room and what he left wouldn't be there since we cleaned the room already He left shortly after, and Ms [redacted] who was in Texas at this time and didn't stay at the hotel, called in the hotel after a few minutes and started to complain about many things, without any attempt to listen I am not sure what communication they had during the short time, but the conversation with Ms [redacted] was impossible to continueUnfortunately, we cannot do any refund in this case
