I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I never received the product which was the entirety of the issue and I tried to contact him many times to resolve the issue in which He would not work with me to resolve the issue what so ever so I had to get a refund from [redacted] not from his company because his company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life.

This customer received the items, and also received a full refund through [redacted]. Customer emailed me and said she didn't recieve the items. I responded and asked her to send me her address info so I can check where it was shipped to. She decided to file a [redacted] dispute. I submitted the tracking...
info (attachment 1) to [redacted], and proved to them the order was delivered so I won the [redacted] dispute (attachment 2). The buyer then filed another [redacted] dispute saying she received the items but didn't want them. [redacted] issued the buyer a full refund for this (attachment 3). I have gone out of my way to help this person, this was an obvious attempt to get something free of charge from my business (which she did). Tracking shows it was delivered, and the customer got a full refund from [redacted].
