On 1/16/2020 I brought my truck to Kings Autoworks for a simple lift kit. Before coming I called and was quoted $350 for the job which I agreed to. Left the truck there then got a call to come pick it up. When arrived the mechanic told me they are going to charge me $647 because it took more time then they expected which I had no choice but to agreed as long as the job gets done.
Went for a test drive and immediately notice the truck was uneven and to made sure I got a measuring tape and it was 1 inch higher driver side then passenger. The truck made tons of noise to where it was unbearable to drive. They agree I bring it back because they knew something was wrong with it. Coming next day I dropped off then got a call the mechanic admitting they screwed up and forgot to add a bushing and told that the truck was now fixed and leveled. They admitted and apologize this was their first time installing a lift kit and that they screwed up. Thinking everything was fixed, I went for a test drive and same noise condition still exist. The truck was still uneven both sides and driving poorly. At this point I had no patience left and asked for a refund so I can take it to another professional shop and get it done. The mechanic was then giving attitude and refused to refund me for something they promised to fix and did not deliver. Now I am left with a $647 billed and terrible unresolved suspension work.
