Hello,
Just wanted to let you know that the dispute has been resolved.  We agreed to take the car back to [redacted] and he paid for a rental for almost two weeks.  We got the car back last Saturday and it looks much better.  The paint matches and the rough spots on the body were smoothed out.  He also gave the car a full detail and replaced the tint on the back window as a bonus.  [redacted] went above and beyond to make it right and we are satisfied.  We will more than likely return to King's Auto for future mechanical repair needs.
