I have Not received a response from Kingman Chevrolet and Buick as promised by them on October 20th 2017, So at this point I will be forwarding my complaint to the Arizona Attorneys Generals Office for a review for consumer fraud. Thank YouTom R***

To Whom it May Concern,        My position has not changed.  The customer, and ourselves, now have the benefit of 20/20 hindsight regarding the repair of this vehicle.  I am positive that, had we suggested the injectors been replaced at the time of the injector...

pump failure, we would be discussing unneeded repairs with parts that had not failed.  We diagnosed the problems correctly and there was no way to determine future "possible" failures of related parts.  The vehicle operated, as intended, fine when it left our facility.  I am truly sorry for the problems incurred by our customer; but feel no liability or responsibility.  Mr. [redacted] has not provided any supporting documentation, from another GM Dealer, stating that the injectors should have been replaced at the time the injector pump was replaced.  There is no test we could have provided that would have let us know the injectors "might" fail in the next 600 miles.  I am sorry Mr. [redacted] feels this way.  I hope that this will close this matter once and for all. Jim [redacted]Kingman Chevrolet-Buick
