Kingfisher Corporation

I contacted Kingfisher Corporation regarding a direct investment in a working interest unit opportunity in an oil & gas well. I was told the well was within 15 days of being drilled and for my investment of $20000, I would receive a 3% working interest in the well. Having some previous investments in the oil & gas industry, I invested. I was told by Mr John P, President of the company, that the well should be complete and by the end of May 2019. I was given the name of the well and researched to find the prospective well location and a drilling permit for the well. After a month or so, I contacted Mr P and he stated they had been delayed due to the weather and they had been unable to get the drilling rig onto the drilling location in Oklahoma. After a couple of weeks, I again followed up and was told there was another delay and then another and another. I started to grow impatient and was told I could have my investment refunded or I could reinvest in some other investment opportunities and funds available. I told him I wanted a refund of my investment and he stated he would send me an email with the required documents to request the refund and begin the process. He stated it would take about 30 days to have my investment returned. I told him I was finding it more difficult to get ahold of him as one of his phone numbers had been disconnected. He said the best way to contact him was thru email. He mentioned he was in the process of moving from California to Georgia and had only an 800# to contact him thru. I have sent numerous emails and have never received any response or my returned investment. The 800# has also now been disconnected.
