This client contacted us on 1/stating that he wanted to close his accountOnce we received the complaint from the Revdex.com we tried to call this client on 1/4, 1/5, 1/and 1/(call and email)We have an email from the client notifying us on 7/15/stating that he wanted to close his accountOn 9/23/we have a recorded phone conversation stating that wanted to keep his account openWe will be happy to close this clients account but currently there are not enough funds in his account to cover the termination feesWe will continue to reach out to this client

They'll get you for every dime they can They charged me an invoice fee when I had already paid my annual custodial fee When I called they said that they could waive the fee, but they refused to do so

This client contacted us on 1/3 stating that he wanted to close his account. Once we received the complaint from the Revdex.com we tried to call this client on 1/4, 1/5, 1/8 and 1/9 (call and email). We have an email from the client notifying us on 7/15/16 stating that he wanted to close his account. On...
9/23/16 we have a recorded phone conversation stating that wanted to keep his account open. We will be happy to close this clients account but currently there are not enough funds in his account to cover the termination fees. We will continue to reach out to this client.
