Review: They sold us a very expensive wooden dining room table whose top was not at all level. On further inspection the entire table frame is crooked and not assembled well causing the legs to be crooked and table top to become more exaggeratedly sloped. They ignored or belittled many attempts over multiple years to address this, either via refund or exchange. At different points they asked for pictures/videos, which we provided but which did not result in any remedy. At points they blamed their own supplier but did nothing about it other than apologize. (One of the chairs in the set also arrived slightly damaged, which we immediately notified them about and all they would offer was for us to drive it to their store in Brooklyn, which is far from where we live and it is difficult to transport. But the table issue is much more severe and important.) It is now years later and they have done nothing to address this problem, other than blame it on their own supplier.Desired Settlement: Refund us a significant portion of the purchase price, or provide an exact replacement BEFORE taking away our current table. We do not trust them (and our original order arrived approximately 4 months after we were told it was likely to, or twice the alotted time, for which they gave us a slight credit after a lot of effort).
