Thank you for reaching out about [redacted]’s complaint about our website.  Upon hearing from you, we have done the following to help us determine why we did not receive [redacted]s initial contact and his follow ups. 1.       We inquired with the IT...

firm that handles our emails and 800-number voice mails only to discover that the system had been deleting email/voice mails for an unknown reason for over two months.  We have been assured by that firm that it won’t happen again and have had all messages restored (with assistance from [redacted]) from June 1 to present.  Unfortunately, [redacted] can only restore 30 days of messages.2.      We have added additional email addresses to the system to receive any of these emails in the event [email protected] goes off-line again.  We are also requesting that the Revdex.com add my email address so that any communications sent by the Revdex.com are received and handled.  We have set up a monthly test of the system by our IT contractors and our office staff using both our toll free number and the info email address, confirming that messages are being transmitted to us and that they are being responded to by our staff.3.      Our website management contractors are working to improve the optics of the search function for the mapping software so that visitors to our site can better assess if service is offered at their home or business.  We have also requested some changes to the language about the fixed wireless service offering to provide more clarity to the website visitor.4.      We have sent an email to [redacted] apprising him of our planned service, asking him if he wishes to be alerted when we offer fixed wireless service in his area.  At this time, we are still seeking equipment better suited for fixed wireless service to individual homes or businesses on a broader basis. Please let me know if I can provide any additional information.  We appreciate your guidance and thoroughness in forwarding and handling this complaint.Sincerely,Allison D[redacted] Allison Cryor D[redacted]PresidentKing Street Wireless526 King Street, Suite 209Alexandria, VA  22314Tel:  ###-###-####Fax: (###-###-####
