Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Walgreens can gets the meds without a problem so I will be moving my meds away from Kroger as refills come due Regards, [redacted] ***
We received a call from Kokua Nurses scheduler, Nancy, telling us that the caregiver for my 95-year-old mother-in-law did not want to provide service for her any longerKokua nurses said they would try to find a replacement days later no word from themAfter waiting that long we decided to terminate our relations with the companyI am very disappointed that they left us hanging with no word for that long
[redacted] ***, We certainly apologize for the circumstance that prompted Mr [redacted] to file a complaint and can assure you that his health is our top priority The medication that he speaks of is very important and we want to make sure that we are providing what we can for him to help him manage this disease state In this instance he is referring to two of the same medications that are legally substitutable We had no previous knowledge of a preference of one over another or any issues with swallowing certain types of capsules We used the one that we had in stock which is now the one that is now preferred by our wholesaler and is a correct choice as per the prescription But, upon hearing of the problems he had with our new generic we gladly ordered the one that he prefers and took care of filling that for himHowever, we did feel it necessary to let him know that we are unsure how much longer we may be able to order his preferred manufacturer of this medication The availability of certain generics is constantly changing and with our wholesaler now changing what they prefer to stock we are concerned that others may not be available in the near future It seems that in sharing this information that we have alarmed Mr [redacted] and made it seem that we aren’t concerned about helping him manage his health Actually, quite the contrary, we were simply trying to be proactive and potentially come up with a new plan for managing this disease state in the event that we are no longer able to obtain his preferred and necessary productWe have and will continue to fill the [redacted] mg capsules for Mr [redacted] with the [redacted] manufacturer for as long as we are able to obtain them If the situation arises where we can no longer purchase them from our wholesaler we will gladly work with Mr [redacted] and his physician to come up with a new medication treatment planAgain, we apologize for any confusion and inconvenience for Mr [redacted] and look forward to continuing to take care of his medication needs as part of his health care managementMy Pharmacy Manager Rebecca N had been advised of his complaint on 5/by myself and I had instructed her to please follow up with Mr [redacted] and had spoken to Mr [redacted] that very day to better understand his complaint for a resolve Sincerely, Bert D***Store ManagerKing Soopers MarketPlace #[redacted]

When you first put Heritage Farm whole chicken on sale I purchased one. It was so disgusting that I complained to someone working the meat department. He said my complaint would be given to the manager. I was in a hurry last month and foolishly grabbed another one. It had 2 necks full of feathers stuck into it. The rectal sack was hanging off the gizzard. The chicken was never hung to drain following killing. I found blood all over the meat. The dog got 1/4 of it and I tossed some. I ended up with a little over 1/2 of it. I was raised on a farm and dressed hundreds of chickens. I know what chicken should look like. I love shopping at King Soopers and would like to continue. BUT NO MORE CHICKEN!
