Review: On 12/**/15 I purchased $20.58 worth of gas using my Visa Debit Card. Today when I called my bank to find out my checking account balance, they told me they were withholding $95.00 as per B&J Shell's instruction. I called Shell and they denied this practice. I then called my bank again who said they were lying - it was they who is withholding the $95 from my checking account. I have never heard of such a practice and am appalled!. A Debit card is considered cash . What right do they have to withhold any amount, much less $95 from my account. I will never get Shell gas again. Please investigate this situation on my behalf and thank you. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want Shell to know a Complaint to the Revdex.com was filed against them, and want my $95 released!
