limited to only being the real estate broker for the Seller. The customer listed [redacted] as her salesperson, but in fact, she was independently represented by her own agent, [redacted] , and had a lengthy building inspection done prior to closing which was completed with utmost detail. In addition, the home was inspected by the Authority having Jurisdiction and a Certificate of Occupancy was issued after inspection. King Real Estate did not build this Condominium and has been inappropriately listed by the Customer as being responsible for her warranty. She needs to reach out to the construction company or Seller, her agent , and /or her home building inspector, and other professionals who were representing her in transaction.
