On 2/14/2020 I contacted business for quote for roof shingle title repair.
I was contact back and gentleman, I believe owner come out. He gave quote and I oked repair. I should of know an issue when he asked for cash. I was in time crunch and ok'ed. I wasn't given a receipt of payment for $150, which we tipped extra $10. So total give of $160. I tried to contact for receipt and invoice showing work done. I texted gentleman, nothing back. His cell #XXX-XXX-XXXX. I requested invoice, heard nothing back. I called business number spoke with his son. He said was there, but then stated he couldn't talk since just go back from dentist. I leave message with son. That what I need was invoice showing work done and payment. I've heard nothing back. I tried to call cell went to voicemail,I leave another message. I called business line and mailbox full was unable to leave message. I just need invoice showing worked, nothing special. I'm not even completing about the so-so job he did. I hope your able to help.

Other (requires explanation) I need invoice showing work completed: We will require the roofers contract or invoice showing the scope of the work, roofers license number, and photos of the repair once complete.
