Hello, My name is Heather W [redacted] and I am the Regional property managerUpon inspection of the unit I did find many places that were not cleaned to the description of the way it was when they moved inI do have pictures of the areas not cleaned, so we did have to hire cleaners and only charged what we were charged to clean the apartmentThe tenants did not give me a forwarding address until after they moved outSo the original check was sent to the address of the apartment they vacatedWhich they did not put in a forwarding address, so it was most likely lost in the mailWe did cut the check and mail it in the laws requirementsI apologize that they may have received it lateAs to any of the charges we have pictures of anything they were charged forWe do not make money on the unit turns, we just require that are left the way they were when the tenant moves inPlease let me know if you have any questionsThank You Heather W [redacted]
