King Dinettes

Review: On March 7,2014 I vivited the store & placed an order for four (4) ChromeCraft dinette chairs with a $399.20 deposit. The total cost of this order is $1399.20. This was recorded on their mstore paperwork indicating a customer order number of [redacted]. I was told delivery to the store would take 8 weeks. I tried calling the store to get a status of this order & received a voice box to record my message, I attempted several phone calls with the same results. Thus I have not received the courteous protocol of a return phone call. I am concerned and angry over this evident lack of customer service and lack of being able to speak with a person. Thus I am reverting to the Revdex.com for possible assistance with this issue.

Customer received merchandise 2 weeks ago. Customers order to longer than expected because Chromcraft-revington went out of business during his order time. Fortunately, our customer received the merchandise before Chromcraft doors closed forever. case is resolved
