I have contacted the main parts directory headquarters they have moved her case to # Once the part becomes available it will be direct-shipped to our location There has been a notification that this should happen at any day now The facility is actually building this partWe have checked all over the country and this part is not available We do apologize for the inconvenience but we are doing all that we can to expedite this matter

This vehicle was towed to King City...

Chrysler Center, Inc. on or about March 21, 2017.  The repair order was in the name of [redacted].  This vehicle had not been driven or even started in several months.  Please find supporting documents enclosed.  We did no work to affect the air conditioner or heat.  We simply performed the necessary repairs to get the vehicle running again.  Prior to this visit in March of 2017, the vehicle was towed in on December 27, 2016 and it was determined at that time the vehicle needed a timing belt.  They decided not to repair it then and waited and had it towed in again on March 21, 2017.Should you have other questions, please contact me at [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because: I will not back down until have physically have my car back. In any other situation it should only take 7-10 business days up to 1 calendar month to receive a part in that is needed per the guy from Ford Square/King City. IF Dodge knew that there was a problem then why didn't they mass produce a lot of these to fix the cars? Also if they knew after they did the safety recall on the gear shifter (which is causing all of the value body issues) then why didn't all of the recalls be stopped so that this wouldn't effect people.. This is what my case manager told us via Dodge. Also I keep getting told I will receive my part on X day and they keep pushing it out. I am ready for this to be over, I just want my car back and running 100% like it was before.
