Product never received. Sent multiple emails requesting status over four months, they would promptly reply and state they were checking on shipping then I would never hear anything else. No replies to my request for a refund. Complete scam.

It been 3 months.since I ordered products.tracking number does not work and they will not give me my money back.

I ordered shoes from them. I did not realize that the product was going to be shipped from *** It took forever to get to me. The product was not as described and was made of poor material. I sent the company an email with my complaint and pictures to show product didnt look like the picture even. They promised be a 40% refund. That was a month ago I have not recieved that refund and have sent over 36 emails. They rarely get back to me after I showed them the email they sent about the refund. Last I heard they said they were having issues and would get back to me. They keep telling me they will send my order as soon as they can. They promised a refund. Now I cant get an email back from them since they said they were having issues. They said I could return my item then they said they dont accept returns. The company is a lying mess.
