Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because the business' response is unsatisfactory due to the fact there is no resolution I had NEVER requested a refund, I requested NOT to be billed on 08/05/for services that we would not receive due to the hostile and unfriendly environmentI had to cancel my card so no attempt would be made to collect, however, I do not wish to be called regarding a balance or sent to collections for a service not performedI received the following response by email on August 1st after our calls where I was told by [redacted] to send in my notice so I sent in request to cancel my child's classes.Thank you for your time spent at KMDA NorthglennThis email is confirmation we have received your two weeks notice for removal of [redacted] billing cycle for our academy located in Northglenn ColoradoAs stated at registration, two weeks notice is required to terminate billing without further accruing charges and penalties by lawAs of September 2016Visa card ending in 3702Card holder [redacted] ,will not accrue charges from September fifth two thousand sixteen and onRegards ,KMDA Billing and Inquiries [redacted] I would like to proceed in this matter by receiving an email stating that my balance is at zero and no further charges will be attempted to be collectedTo address the issue of a complaint, the response from the company did not address the fact I was hung up on three times and treated with utmost disrespect each and every time I attempted to contact the business ownerNot once did I state my son was NOT making progress, we actually wanted to continue at the studio with private lessonsI am aware we were given a prorated discount, which anyone would expect due to the fact only two classes were left in the monthTo address my punctuality I would remind you that I called to speak with you at the scheduled appointment time, in which you allotted me less than three minutes, proof being I called after you hung up on me the first time and was told you were speaking to another parent, which was true because I could hear your conversation in the back round when I left the message to have you call meSincerely, [redacted] ***

We will be contacting the Revdex.com Monday to disregard this complaintThis is a complaint [redacted] , you are asking for a refund of $KMDA has worked to help your son over the past year with his training prior to his dance tryouts at Northglenn High School and even prorated your tuition when he had returned to KMDA to further his training at our facility for a second timeHis progress was wonderful and his experience here was nothing but positive and welcomingYour card had been ran for only $on 07-16-as a prorated tuitionSomething that we do not offer at KMDA, but was done as a kindness upon your second return to our academyI am very surprised to see a complaint from youI apologize that scheduled parent teacher conferences where punctuality is appreciate for the sake of the other academy's parents, is something that you could not make a priority , but that is in no way , a valid complaintBest of luck in your future endeavors and thank you your time spent and returning service at Kinetic Movement Dance Academy

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is partially satisfactory to meIt was not completely clear that no further collections would be generated as requested for an email to state just thatI am sure that we are all agreed that the contract has not been upheld on either parties end due to the fact that I as a customer and my minor child were treated with disrespect and not shown an ounce of integrity by the business ownerWe were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome so it would only seem fair that the card wouldn't have been run on the fifth for services that would not be renderedI am glad you are taking responsibility for hanging up on me several times when you stated that that I was let go from the conversation (s)I am sure you understand my calls were not harassing as I called at my scheduled appointment time that was possibly double booked with other parents and I was allotted less than five minutes timeMy calls were to clear up the miscommunication and make sure my child was still welcome, however I was let go two more times so there was no hope of clearing anything up.I am disappointed that I am now being threatened with law enforcement for filing a complaint with the Revdex.comThe reason for my contacting the Revdex.com is because they aim to promote ethical business practicesConsumers have the right to file a complaint about a business if they feel that they have not been treated fairlyI contacted them to resolve the issue, there is no proof of harassment in this complaintI only stated the truthI personally have no knowledge of your kindness since our phone calls, and have no comment on your community efforts as I have not seen or heard anything regarding them in the time my son was involved with your studio.I am glad we could now be completed with our business

I understand that your actions were made in haste and you are realizing this now. You received the generated response following the contract you had signed for billing stating it was mandatory to send a written statement withdrawing your self/child from our billing cycle. In no way would the Revdex.com take any legal action to have your card not ran. You had signed a contract with our facility and we should have and could have billed you and proceeded with legal ramifications had you canceled your card simply for it to not be ran. If you were unaware of that, I hope now you have a better understanding that I again , as a kindness, took it upon myself to make sure your card would not be ran the 5th.        Your false accusations of our facility , which your son was a returning customer as admitted , listing as a hostile environment are rather slandering. You are making this claim based on the fact you were let go from the conversation.  Your repeated harassing phone calls after not making your conference , were during our other scheduled parent teacher conferences that my other parents and children (Customers)  had following your scheduled conference;Stating on the phone you hadn't made it up simply because you " Did not want to drive up there twice and waste gas". Your ' hung up on' claim was taking place during our other scheduled parent teacher conferences. In this timeframe you repeatedly interrupted by your harassing calls. When I had explained to you that I had other children whom had come in and devoted their time, you proceeded to state you ," Do not care about any other child but yours". In all reality due to your false complaint and proof of harassment and slander, I will contact law enforcement and deal with your cyber harassment and behavior as such if your behavior continues. Our Facilty is a safe haven to so many children. We teach them attributes , work ethic, compassion, tolerance , goals, and gratitude. Skills they will cary into their adult life. We operate as a team and having consideration for ones time is a code of ethic at our facility  These children are heavily involved with the community. Our facilty and dancers big and tiny have raised money for the American Cancer society, Red Cross, SafeHouse Denver and many more. Using their talents to help others. We have/do offer free scholarships for children overcoming adversity, and elite training to our youth. Without our facility these children would not have had the opportunity to proudly represent Colorado in the Urban dance olympics. I am honored to serve my community and will continue to offer actions of kindness as always.

We will be contacting the Revdex.com Monday to disregard this complaint. This is a false complaint [redacted] , you are asking for a refund of $105.00. KMDA has worked to help your son over the past year with his training prior to his dance tryouts at Northglenn High School and even prorated your tuition...

when he had returned to KMDA to further his training at our facility for a second time. His progress was wonderful and his experience here was nothing but positive and welcoming. Your card had been ran for only $41.25 on 07-16-16 as a prorated tuition. Something that we do not offer at KMDA, but was done as a kindness upon your second return to our academy. I am very surprised to see a false complaint from you. I apologize that scheduled parent teacher conferences where punctuality is appreciate for the sake of the other academy's parents, is something that you could not make a priority , but that is in no way , a valid complaint.
