To Whom It May Concern: Regarding the situation with Customer [redacted] my District Manager, Subsidy Coordinators as well as myself have been in constant communication with her regarding the issue with her account. During some of these opportunities we have left voicemail messages and at times...

she has failed to return calls or says that there is no record of them. During her time here with us her account she was receiving Childcare Assistance through Riverside County Office of Education. Payments that there were times that the family was not authorized for coverage but were still in attendance when the payment plan was put into place her account was standing at $809.41. She made a payment for $404.41 and then four payments of $138.75 leaving her account at with a credit of $150.00 which was supposed to be used for their family registration fee after mom had the baby and returned to work. During that time a credit was issued of $103.00 through RCOE for week 3o of 2016 bringing the account to $253.00. During this time RCOE had not yet issued a payment on the families account. On 2/3/2016 RCOE let us know that there was no coverage for the month of August 2016 which is why no payment had been issued at that point in time the amount of $178.33 was deducted from the account leaving the balance of $74.67, which is the amount that was refunded after all billing issues were settled and taken care of. I have attached a copy of our records as well as communication attempts with Kortney. Please let me know if you require any additional information to help settle this concern.
