Our policy states that refunds on labour are not refundable only the sale of used tires areOur installation and balancing when tires are bought from our shop is $per tireWhich means $dollars is towards the install and $towards the balancingThe manager on duty told the customer she would see what she could do but she never promised to refund the $since she has a manger can't due to our policiesAnd we do understand the customer is far away that's why she was only authorized to refund the $corresponding to the balancingWhich was the initial compliant of the customer Kinco will gladly refund the remaining $for the install to the customer and we are sorry for the inconvenience this may have brought to the customer Kinco Team

Our policy states that refunds on labour are not refundable only the sale of used tires are. Our installation and balancing when tires are bought from our shop is $20 per tire. Which means $10 dollars is towards the install and $10 towards the balancing. The manager on duty told the customer she...

would see what she could do but she never promised to refund the $80 since she has a manger can't due to our policies. And we do understand the customer is far away that's why she was only authorized to refund the $40 corresponding to the balancing. Which was the initial compliant of the customer.  Kinco will gladly refund the remaining $40 for the install to the customer and we are sorry for the inconvenience this may have brought to the customer.  Kinco Team
