At this time, I have been contacted directly by Donald J. Downes Agency Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They revoked the check which they claimed they mailed meFor the refund.I have not received a new check.The nature of the insurance firm is try to keep moneyAs long as they can, whenever it belongs to them or not.
